This new facility, located in a building designed by HFS Architects was a multi-phase design and construction project located on two floors.

The program includes Admissions, Accounting and Financial, Academic Affairs, Faculty spaces, Lecture Rooms, Computer Labs, Art Labs, a Drafting Lab, Photography Studio and Video Studio.  Along with these programs, the school also has a Culinary Arts program with the ability to add a third kitchen when the program achieves the required student numbers.

In addition to these spaces, there is a Gallery space off the buildings main lobby, a student lounge and a private student entry.
